At the end of the January, the headmaster received a letter from the abbot, saying it will be possible. The choir was approved to sing two plainsongs. But there are also strict rules attached to it. - tour of the workshop is included in the program of short-term mobility because the organ are closely related to the topic of the project. During a visit to Czech Republic, Spanish students will acquaint us and Jihlava community with the life and work of Antonio de Cabezón who comes from the area of Burgos and in the Czech Republic is completely unknown.

Antonio de Cabezón was excellent Spanish organist, harpsichordist and composer, who lived in the 16th century (1510-1566), completely blind since childhood. Born near Burgos in the village of Castrillo de Mota Judíos.

- the program included a visit to the birthplace of Antonio de Cabezón and also the Conservatory of Palencia (town 90 km from Lerma) which is associated with the composer. Cabezón lived in Palencia, studied and worked. At a local conservatory they could give us more information about his life and work and could play us his compositions for organ.

IES Valle del Arlanza, Lerma

- talk with Elena Caramanzana about the concept of music education in both countries

Differences: the ratio of theoretical and practical activities in lessons - unlike us there is almost no singing in spanish music lessons. Attention is paid to the history of music, listening to songs and music theory. And this is mainly used when playing a musical instrument e.g. flutes, xylophones and Orff instrumentation. In our opinion, in our country is the ratio of theory and practice in music lessons far more balanced.

- completion of the program of short-term mobility

- again is solved possibility of joint training  of several folk songs but according to Spanish colleagues is a problem with the lack of time for preparation because in short-term mobility of Czech students in Spain remains only five weeks

- student from Gymnázium Jihlava Kamila Čermáková rehearsing songs to cello with teachers of music Dagmar Němečková and Eliška Vyhnálková

- A draft joint performances Kamila Čermáková (cello) and her Spanish partner Almudena Parras González (piano) at concerts

- coordinators Adolfo Retamero and Barbora Voldřichová: the creation of websites for the project, issues related to long-term mobility and familiarity with host families Czech students

- teachers of music Dagmar Němečková and Eliška Vyhnálková: agreement with students participating in long-term mobility on preparing presentations about Czech music for Spanish students and teachers, demonstration of playing the cello and presentation instrument in Elena’s Caramanzana music lessons

- ensuring high-quality audio and video recording of a large concert choir. The record should serve to create a DVD which will be one of the outputs of the project. A plan to address a school CIFP Simón de Colonia in Burgos which specializes in this and  recording could provide.

- evaluation of program, activities and outputs of the international project meeting
